Directorship changes: Update

Further to the announcement on 12 December 2023, Morgan Sindall Group plc (the 'Company') confirms that Finance Director, Steve Crummett, will step down from the Board on 7 May 2024.  

Kelly Gangotra will be appointed as CFO and join the Company's board on the same date. Steve will continue to be employed by the Company until the end of the year to facilitate an orderly handover to Kelly.

There are no other details requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to Kelly Gangotra.
