Further to the publication on 28 March 2024 of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company announces that it has today made the following documents available to shareholders:

·    2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")

·    2024 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")

The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are being sent today to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3AD on Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 10.30 a.m.
