On 28 October 2015, Invesco North American Holdings Inc., Wilmington,
Delaware, USA informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that on October 21, 2015 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485
Frankfurt / Main, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights in
Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to 3.007% (this corresponds to
5804518 voting rights).

3.007% of the voting rights (corresponding to 5804518 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No.6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
