On November 02, 2015, UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the
20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 29, 2015
and on that day amounted to 0.00014% (this corresponds to 210 Voting
Rights).

On November 04, 2015, UniCredit S.p.A., Rome, Italy has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the
20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 29, 2015
and on that day amounted to 0.00014% (this corresponds to 210 Voting
Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 27, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 20.85408% (this corresponds to 31158973 Voting
Rights).

On November 02, 2015, UniCredit S.p.A., Rome, Italy has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 27, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 20.85408% (this corresponds to 31158973 Voting
Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
