Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for a total of 1,512,062 Ordinary Shares of 6.5 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the LSE's main market.  Admission of the Shares is expected on Monday 8 April 2024.

These Shares are being issued pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan, as approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 14 May 2020 and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
