Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on the 28 March 2024, it purchased 6,347 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 3600.00 pence.

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,393,653 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 13,393,653 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
