On November 13, 2015, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1, of the WpHG that via shares ist Voting Rights on REALTECH
AG, Walldorf, Germany have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 10, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2,79% (this
correspondence to 150000 Voting Rights).
According to Articel 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of WpHG, 2,79% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 150000 Voting Rights) it to be
attributed.
