Section 1 of the WpHG via Shares its Voting Rights on REALTECH AG,
Walldorf, Germany have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 16th, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3,0 % (this corresponds to
161565 Voting Rights.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3,0% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 161565 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to HHS Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Pliezhausen, Germany.
