Pleasing business performance for Mobimo

Lucerne, 17 November 2015 - Mobimo Holding AG performed better than
expected during the financial year. Thanks primarily to disposals of
various residential properties in the first and second half of the year,
the company has posted annual earnings before revaluations of more than CHF
75 million (prior year: CHF 59.3 million).

The financial statements of Mobimo Holding AG will be published on 11
February 2016.
