5. On November 20, 2015, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
   and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 20, 2015 and on that day
   amounted to 1.86% (this corresponds to 96,666 Voting Rights).
   1.86% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 96,666 Voting Rights) are
   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
   Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

6. On November 20, 2015, FIL Holdings (UK) Limited, Hildenborough, United
   Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
   via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
   have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November
   20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 1.86% (this corresponds to 96,666
   Voting Rights).
   1.86% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 96,666 Voting Rights) are
   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
   Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act).

7. On November 20, 2015, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough,
   United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
   WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
   Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
   on November 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 1.86% (this corresponds to
   96,666 Voting Rights).

   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,

   below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 20, 2015 and
   on that day amounted to 1.44% (this corresponds to 74,791 Voting Rights).
