On November 20, 2015, Mr. Daniel Hopp has notified us according to article
21, section 1 of the WpHG, that his share in the voting rights regarding
First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 10 %, on
November 19, 2015 and amounted to 9,99 % (this corresponds to 1,015,137
voting rights) as per this date.

All voting rights are attributed to Mr. Daniel Hopp according to article
22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed to Mr. Daniel Hopp and are holding 3 % or more in the voting
rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are held by:

• DAH Beteiligungs GmbH
• Hopp Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG
• Hopp Verwaltungs GmbH

On November 20, 2015, Hopp Verwaltungs GmbH, Mannheim, Germany has notified
us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG, that his share in the
voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany has fallen below
the threshold of 10 %, on November 19, 2015 and amounted to 9,99 % (this
corresponds to 1,015,137 voting rights) as per this date.

All voting rights are attributed to Hopp Verwaltungs GmbH according to
article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed to Hopp Verwaltungs GmbH and are holding 3 % or more in the
voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are held by:

• DAH Beteiligungs GmbH
• Hopp Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG

On November 20, 2015, Hopp Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Mannheim,
Germany has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG,
that his share in the voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin,
Germany has fallen below the threshold of 10 %, on November 19, 2015 and
amounted to 9,99 % (this corresponds to 1,015,137 voting rights) as per
this date.

All voting rights are attributed to Hopp Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co.
KG according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
