Mexican production facility inaugurated
On November 20, 2015, Adval Tech Group opened its new production facility in Querétaro, Mexico. The plant was inaugurated in the presence of Francisco Dominguez, Governor of the State of Querétaro, Louis-José Touron, the Swiss Ambassador to Mexico, by a number of leading representatives of the Mexican automotive industry and by members of local and regional authorities. Willy Michel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adval Tech Group and CEO René Rothen welcomed the guests. In April 2016, Adval Tech (Mexico) S.A. de C.V. will start series production of air deflection elements and air guidance systems for Audi. In the medium term, Adval Tech is planning to employ about 100 to 170 people at the new Querétaro site.
