As at 28 March 2024, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 478,987,196 Ordinary Shares.  Of that amount, 16,698,646 Ordinary shares were held in Treasury and 462,288,550 Ordinary shares were in circulation.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 462,288,550 (the 'Figure').

This Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
