2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Following the announcement of the Company's results for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 on 8 March 2024, the Com pany announces that the following documents are being posted or otherwise have been made available to shareholders today on the Company's website at www.justgroupplc.co.uk/investors :
· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023;
· Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("2024 AGM"); and
· Form of Proxy for the 2024 AGM.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
The Company's 2024 AGM will be held at 1 Angel Lane, London, EC4R 3AB on Tuesday, 7 May 2024 at 10.00am.
