adesso AG: Tax-risk from losses carried forward to the amount of more than
EUR 9 million is omitted

Dortmund, 09 December 2015 - adesso AG received the final tax bill for the
period 2009 following an audit of the tax authorities carried out since
February 2015. There are no direct tax payments as a result of the audit.
In particular the loss carryforwards originating from the merger with BOV
AG in 2007 are approved. Thus the main risk of a repudation as reported in
the risk report of adesso is omitted. In the Annual Report 2014, the risk
in the case of a complete non-recognition was reported at 31.12.2014 with
EUR 8.624 million plus EUR 1.043 million interest.
