Hamburg, 9 December 2015 - Capital Stage, the SDAX-listed solar and wind
park operator based in Hamburg, further expands its British solar park
portfolio by acquiring another solar park in the UK with a generating
capacity of around 5 MW. Therewith the share of the British portfolio as
part of the total generating capacity of 554 MW of Capital Stage increases
to 13 per cent. The total investment volume including planned debt project
financing amounts to about GBP 6.1 million (approx. EUR 8.4m). The PV park
has been sold by the project developer and general contractor Gamma Energy
Ltd., of which Capital Stage did already acquire a solar park of 5 MW in
November 2015.

The newly acquired solar park is located in the north-west of England.
After entering operations the park will profit from a public guaranteed
feed-in tariff for a period of 20 years. The applicable feed-in tariff
amounts to GBP 0.1101/kWh (EUR 0.1527 kWh) and is linked to the retail
price index. Grid connection for the park is scheduled for December 2015.
Capital Stage expects the new British solar park to make revenue
contributions of approximately 600 TGBP (approx. TEUR 830) from the first
year of full operation onwards.

The new British PV park - as well as the one acquired in November 2015 -
has been financed on an all-equity basis. A refinancing within a classic
project financing structure is planned and Capital Stage has already
entered very promising negotiations with long-standing and trusted
financing partners.

The British solar park has again been sold to Capital Stage AG by the
project developer and general contractor Gamma Energy Ltd., a 100%
subsidiary of the Spanish Sferaone Solutions & Services S.L. Gamma Energy
is specialised in renewable energies. Already in early November 2015
Capital Stage did acquire a solar park with a generating capacity of 5 MW
from Gamma Energy. Capital Stage continues to review other attractive
projects of Gamma Energy in the UK.
