1. Henderson Group Holdings Asset Management Limited, London, UK, has
   informed us on December 9, 2015 in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG
   (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on January 23,
   2014 and now amounts to 5.14% (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.14% of the
   voting rights (982,355 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
   section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG. The Henderson Horizon Fund,
   SICAV, holds directly 3% of the voting rights or more which are attributed
   to the notifier pursu-ant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2-6 or sec. 22
   para 2 WpHG.

2. HGI Asset Management Group Limited, London, UK, has informed us on
   December 9, 2015 in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on January 23,
   2014 and now amounts to 5.14% (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.14% of the
   voting rights (982,355 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
   section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG. The Henderson Horizon Fund,
   SICAV, holds directly 3% of the voting rights or more which are attributed

   amounts to 5.14% (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.14% of the voting rights
