Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 / notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

The following documents will be available from 7.00 am on Tuesday 26 March 2024 on the Company's website ( http://www.ipfin.co.uk/en/investors/shareholder-centre/annual-general-meeting.html ):  

·	International Personal Finance plc Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023; and
·	International Personal Finance plc Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of each of the above documents, along with a copy of the proposed new articles of association, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism
