Gigaset AG re-staffs Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG has, in its meeting on December 15,
2015 appointed Mr. Klaus Weßing and Mr. Hans-Henning Doerr as new CEO and
CFO with immediate effect. Mr. Charles Fränkl and Mr. Kai Dorn were
recalled as members of the Executive Board.

Mr. Wessing has worked in the communications industry for more than 30
years holding various operational and strategic functions. He will bring
this experience to his position as new Gigaset AG CEO. As CFO of a private
equity group, Mr. Doerr has accompanied several startups in the alignment
of their strategy and successful market-launch during the recent years. He
will use his competencies as new CFO of Gigaset AG.
