Kahl am Main, December 23, 2015 – The Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG published a voluntary public purchase offer on December 22 for the owners of the bonds of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (DE000A1MASJ4).
The institutional investor is known to the company and intends to back the upcoming restructuring in a constructive way and in particular to actively support the planned debt-to-equity swap (exchange of bonds for shares).
The company has published the details yesterday and endorses the present buyer explicitly because it can facilitate the achievement of the required quorum of pending meeting of the noteholders.
