AURELIUS and Barlian Group will not complete ARBAprocessing transaction
Munich, December 28, 2015 – The acquisition of the ARBAprocessing Group by AURELIUS agreed in August of this year will not take place. The two parties failed to reach an agreement on how to complete the transfer of ownership.
