The Company has been informed by its Manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited, that Mr Jonathan Simon, one of the Company's Large Cap Portfolio Managers, has given notice that he intends to retire in early 2025. Mr Simon will continue with his existing responsibilities until his retirement.

The Company will make an announcement regarding the agreed successor to Mr Simon in due course.
