During the period from 12 January 2016 to 15 January 2016 inclusively,
Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (ISIN DE0008051004) purchased a total of
69,918 registered shares of Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG within the
scope of the share buyback programme, which started in on 12 January 2016
in accordance with the announcement of 11 January 2016 pursuant to Art. 4
para. 2 of Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 of the Commission dated 22
December 2003 ("EC Regulation 2273/2003"). The average purchase price of
each share during the period 12 January 2016 to 15 January 2016 was EUR
19.7565.
