Berlin, 19. January 2016 - The General Partner of German Startups Group,
the second-most active venture capital investor in Germany since 2012 (CB
Insights, 2015), has decided that all proposed resolutions that were
planned for the extraordinary general meeting on 25 February 2016 will now
be voted on at the ordinary general meeting in March 2016.

The extraordinary general meeting that was originally planned for 25
February 2016 will not take place. An announcement will be published in the
Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) accordingly.
