Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them:
Stelrad Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 18 March 2024, awards in the form of conditional rights to acquire ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") were granted under the Stelrad Deferred Share Bonus Plan to the Executive Directors of the Company, as detailed below.
The awards were granted in respect of bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and will vest on the second anniversary of grant date.
