Pixmania – the French e-commerce retailer acquired by mutares AG (ISIN: DE000A0SMSH2) in 2013 – will be taken over by the strategic investor VDD SAS.

VDD SAS is a French trading company, headquartered in Toulouse. Among others, VDD runs the well-known French online retailer Vente-Du-Diable.com.

Pixmania is a French e-commerce company based in Paris, which specializes in the sale of consumer electronics. Being present in many European countries, the company holds a particularly strong position with its marketplace business.
