Andreas Böwing appointed to the Supervisory Board of PSI AG

Following the proposal of supervisory board and management board, Andreas
Böwing has been appointed as supervisory board member by the Local Court of
Berlin-Charlottenburg (Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg) with immediate
effect. The appointment was made in accordance with § 104 para. 1, German
stock corporation act (Aktiengesetz). It became necessary, when the only
energy market expert in the supervisory board, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rolf
Windmöller, resigned from the board for medical reasons effective as of 31
December 2015.

Andreas Böwing was in charge of the regulation management department of RWE
Deutschland AG from 2011 to 2015 and in this function was involved with
strategic issues and energy policy among other topics. Prior to that the
trained lawyer held a number of senior positions in RWE Group, where he
started his professional career in 1984. He also collected experience as a
supervisory board member at numerous companies inside and outside of RWE
Group. As an expert for energy law, he published several articles and books
and was active as Chairman of the Legal Committee at the German Association
of Energy and Water Industries.
