Director declaration

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules, Sally Martin, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has advised that she will become an Independent Non-Executive Director of Beach Energy Limited (ASX: BPT), a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, with effect from 12 March 2024. 

The Board is satisfied that Sally Martin's appointment with Beach Energy Limited complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
