Yesterday evening, Dr.h.c. Hans M. Schabert, Chief Executive Officer of
Vossloh AG, informed the Supervisory Board of the company that he will not
be available for an extension of his contract after expiry on March 31,
2017, due to family related reasons. The Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG
takes note of this decision with deep regret.

The contracts of the two other Management Board members Oliver Schuster and
Volker Schenk will be orderly prolonged for another three years term after
expiry on February 28, 2017 and April 30, 2017, respectively.
