PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

On 8 March 2024, abrdn Private Equity Opportunities Trust plc ("APEO") bought back 17,272 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 523.00 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction, APEO's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

·    153,360,803 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

·    385,491 Ordinary shares held in Treasury

·    153,746,294 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)

The total number of voting rights in APEO is 153,360,803.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in APEO, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
