adesso AG: Increase in the dividend by 20 % to EUR 0.30 per share proposed

Executive and Supervisory Board of adesso AG will propose an increase in
the dividend by 20 % to EUR 0.30 per share with dividend rights to the
annual general meeting scheduled 31 May 2016. Within its meeting today the
Supervisory Board has concurred with the Executive Board's proposed
appropriation of income in regard to the 2015 raise in earnings announced
before.

Hence, adesso continues the strategy of increasing dividend payments,
subject to approval of the shareholder's meeting. Previous year dividend
was raised by 19 % to EUR 0.25 per share.

The complete and audited annual financial statements will be published as
scheduled on 24 March 2016 and will be available on the company's website
at www.adesso-group.de.
