On December 9, 2015, 1st Source Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a secondary offering of shares of its common stock offered by 1st Source Bank, an Indiana banking corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as trustee of various trusts held for the benefit of Mrs. Ernestine Raclin, Chairman Emeritus of the Company, and her descendants. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
