Ricardo plc announces the appointment of Caroline (Carol) Borg as new Audit Chair, succeeding William (Bill) Spencer

Ricardo Plc (Ricardo) is pleased to announce, the appointment of Carol Borg as a Non-Executive Director from 1st July 2024. William Spencer will step down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting in November 2024 and Carol will succeed him as Chair of the Audit Committee.  Carol Borg, who holds a bachelor degree in accounting (Australia) and is a certified practicing accountant, is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at Qinetiq Group plc, an integrated global defence and security company focused on mission-led innovation where she is responsible for global Finance and Governance activities.

Mark Clare, Ricardo's Chairman, said: "The Board is delighted that Carol has agreed to join Ricardo as a Non-Executive Director and take on the responsibility as Audit Committee Chair when Bill steps

down in November this year. Alongside her financial skills Carol has extensive international and energy sector experience which will be invaluable to Ricardo. On behalf of the Board, I would like to
