Change in Management Board of ADLER Real Estate AG

• Axel Harloff to resign from Company's Management Board at his own
  request after 13 years of service on ADLER Real Estate AG's Management
  Board

• Arndt Krienen to become new CEO

• Sven-Christian Frank to become new COO

Hamburg, 30 March 2016. At today's Supervisory Board Meeting of ADLER Real
Estate AG, Frankfurt/M. (ISIN DE0005008007) Mr Axel Harloff has asked the
Company's Supervisory Board to be released from the Company's Management
Board for personal reasons upon close of the ordinary general shareholders'
meeting of ADLER Real Estate AG to be held on 9 June 2016.

The Supervisory Board has accepted Mr Harloff's request and expresses its
thanks to Mr Harloff for his successful and long-standing service and
particularly his great commitment and achievements in the management and
representation of the Company at which he has served as member of the
Management Board since 11 February 2003. Mr Harloff will remain committed
to the Company and the Group in an advisory capacity and by serving at
Accentro Real Estate AG's Supervisory Board.

With effect from 9 June 2016 Mr Arndt Krienen, who has joined the
Management Board on 1 January 2016, will become new Chief Executive Officer
(CEO).

Also with effect from 9 June 2016 Mr Sven-Christian Frank, Head of Asset
Management, will join the Management Board of ADLER Real Estate AG as Chief
Operating Officer (COO).

Mr Tomas de Vargas Machuca will perform the function of a Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) within the Company's Executive Committee.
