Serco completes acquisition of European Homecare

Further to the announcement of 14 December 2024 regarding the acquisition of European Homecare (EHC), Serco is pleased to confirm that, following receipt of the required approvals, the transaction completed on 1 March. 

EHC is a leading provider of immigration services to public sector customers in Germany.  This strategic acquisition will complement our ORS operations and strengthen our position as a leading partner in immigration services for European governments.
