The Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report") has been published by the Company and was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") today. This is available to view on the Company's website at: www.crh.com.

The 2023 Annual Report has also been submitted to the U.K. National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
