Bank of Ireland announces that, following receipt of the requisite advanced approvals, Patrick Kennedy, Governor/Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee of Bank of Ireland, will join the Board of Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 March 2024.
