SAF-HOLLAND S.A.: Withdrawal of Voting Rights Announcement according to
Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG (the German Sercurities Trading Act)

With regards to the notification of voting rights of Norges Bank as of
April 21, 2016, stating a voting rights percentage of 3.37% pursuant to
article 21 WpHG, article 22 WpHG and article 25 sec. 1 no. 1 WpHG as well
as the crossing of the of 3% threshold pursuant to article 21 Section 1
WpHG, we declare that the voting rights attached to shares declared by
Norges Bank were correct but the voting rights notification was not
necessary and is hereby withdrawn.
