Notice of Interim Results

Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 January 2024 at 7:00am on Friday 15 March 2024.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 9:30am on the day at the offices of Berenberg, 60 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8HP.  The event will also be streamed live for those wishing to dial in remotely.
