Correction OF DIRECTOR/ pdmr SHAREHOLDING
Correction to the RNS announcement made at 09:24 (RNS number: 5049I) on 7 August 2023 (the "Announcement").
The number of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") held by Bjorn Hobart, a PDMR of the Company, following the acquisition of Ordinary Shares referred to in the Announcement was incorrectly stated as 414,700 Ordinary Shares and it should have been 415,007 Ordinary Shares. Details of the transactions relating to this correction and an additional transaction that took place on 17 August 2023, each such transaction having been made via a third-party nominee, pursuant to Mr Hobart's automatic reinvestment plan of dividend proceeds from the Company, can be found in the Notification of PDMR Dealing Forms below.
Mr Hobart's current holding in the Company is 419,316 Ordinary Shares (as at 21 February 2024).
