Block Listing Application
An application has been made today, to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange respectively, for admission to (i) the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the London Stock Exchange's main market, for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "'Block Listed Shares"). Admission of the Block Listed Shares is expected to take place on 21 February 2024.
The Block Listed Shares will be issued by the Company in order to satisfy the exercise of options under the following share plans:
Deferred Bonus Share Plan
International Share Incentive Plan
IPO Share Plan
Long Term Incentive Plan
When issued the Block Listed Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
