FiMaNoG ist die Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte nach § 1 Abs. 3 und 41 Abs. 4g WpHG als Anleger eines offenen Spezialinvestmentvermögens verpflichtet, Ihren zum Stichtag 2.7.2016 gehaltenen Stimmrechtsanteil wieder offenzulegen.

Due to changed legislation by the first financial market law amendment the Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte is obligated within the meaning of Section 1 (3) and 41 (4g) WpHG as an Investor for Special investment funds to disclose their voting rights again as of the reporting date July 2, 2016.
