ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
5 February 2024
Further to the announcement made on 31 January 2024, The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to announce an additional interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023 of US$0.24 per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 1 March 2024 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 16 February 2024 (ex-dividend date is 15 February 2024).
The revised schedule of interim dividends payable is set out in the table below:
