European Assets Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that as part of an orderly succession plan, Julia Bond OBE retired from the Board on 31 January 2024.

Julia was appointed as a Director of the Supervisory Board of the Company's Dutch predecessor, European Assets Trust NV, in April 2014 and upon retirement had served nine years between both entities. On behalf of the Board and Shareholders of the Company I thank Julia for her diligence and wise counsel throughout her period of appointment.
