Change of AIFM and Administrator

The Board of Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc announces that, with effect from today's date, the Company has changed its Alternative Investment Fund Manager from Gallium Fund Solutions Limited to JTC Global AIFM Solutions Limited. JTC Global AIFM Solutions Limited is licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

The Company has also changed its Administrator at the same time from Gallium Fund Solutions Limited to JTC (UK) Limited.

Downing LLP continues to act as portfolio manager on the same terms.
