("Tullow Oil " or the "Company")

Block Listing Application- Replacement

A block listing application has been made for 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List; the Financial Conduct Authority and an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for trading on the main market.

The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Share Award Plan and the Tullow Incentive Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 2 February 2024.  The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

This announcement replaces the announcement released on 25 January 2024.
