Sage was notified that on 30 January 2024, Sangeeta Anand, Non-executive Director of Sage, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £12.08 per share. The ordinary shares were acquired via American Depository Receipts issued by Morgan Stanley ("ADRs"). The purchases were made in US dollars with the price per ordinary share given in this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate at close, on the date of purchase.
