In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Peter Whiting, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, is to be appointed to the board of Aurrigo International Plc as a non-executive director and as chair of its audit committee with effect from 1 February 2024. Aurrigo International Plc is listed on AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange).
