To:          Bucharest Stock Exchange                 Financial Supervisory Authority                London Stock Exchange Current report according to Article 99 letter s) of the Code of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Title II, Issuers and Financial Instruments Important events to be reported: Registration with the Bucharest Trade Registry Office of Fondul Proprietatea's updated Constitutive Act Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Sole Director of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that on 30 January 2024, the Constitutive Act of the Fund as updated on the basis of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting Resolution no. 4 of 25 September 2023 ("EGM Resolution no. 4 / 25 September 2023") was registered with the Bucharest Trade Registry Office. The amendment approved by the Fund's shareholders through EGM Resolution no. 4 / 25 September 2023 was authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority through the Authorization no. 6 / 19 January 2024. Thus, according to the provisions of Art. 34 para. (4) of Regulation no. 7/2020 on the authorization and functioning of alternative investment funds, the Constitutive Act of the Fund updated through EGM Resolution no. 4/25 September 2023 is in force starting with the registration date with the Bucharest Trade Registry Office, respectively from 30 January 2024.
