Director Change - Change to Role and Committee Composition

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, Safestore Holdings plc announces that Jane Bentall is to be appointed as Senior Independent Director following the 2024 Annual General Meeting on 13 March 2024. As previously announced, current Senior Independent Director, Ian Krieger, will not be put forward for re-election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and will be stepping down from the Board, having served as a Director since October 2013.

Jane Bentall will also replace Ian Krieger as a member of the Nomination Committee at the conclusion of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. It has already been announced that Jane Bentall will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
